We are sorry to hear that you haven’t received the points in question from our partner yet.  Please wait for at least 5 workdays for the request to be processed. Then, if you haven’t received your points yet, please write back to us and we will look more into the matter. Please note that you are supposed to create a MyView account and complete at least one survey in order to receive that credit.
